FAQ

Shipping & Delivery

Yes! All orders include FREE fast shipping across the contiguous United States. We dispatch from USA-stocked warehouses so your machine reaches you quickly — without the overseas wait times or customs headaches.
Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Transit times typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your machine ships.
Our primary market is the contiguous USA. For inquiries regarding Canada or international shipping, please contact us directly — we handle these on a case-by-case basis and can provide a custom freight quote.
Mini excavators are heavy equipment and are shipped via freight carrier on a flatbed or enclosed trailer. Delivery is typically curbside — the driver will drop the machine at the end of your driveway or nearest accessible point. You'll need a forklift or loader to move it from there. Liftgate service may be available — ask us at checkout.
Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the machine thoroughly and note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork. Take photos immediately. Contact us at info@miniexcapro.com within 48 hours and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacement parts or a full replacement depending on severity.

Warranty & Support

Every MiniExcaPro machine comes with a 1 to 3-year warranty depending on the model. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and major mechanical failures under normal use conditions. Check the product listing for the specific warranty term on each machine.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, hydraulic system failures, engine issues, and structural defects arising from normal operation. It does not cover wear-and-tear items (tracks, bucket teeth, filters), damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the operator's manual.
Email us at info@miniexcapro.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem. Our technical team will assess and respond within 1–2 business days with the appropriate next steps — whether that's a replacement part, repair guidance, or a full replacement.
Yes. We work with Hightop Group to source spare parts for all models in our catalog. Contact us with your machine model and the part you need. Kubota-powered models also benefit from Kubota's own global parts network for engine components.
Absolutely. Our team is available via email and phone to assist with setup, operation questions, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance throughout the life of your machine — not just during the warranty period. Call us at +12012344914 or email info@miniexcapro.com.

Payment & Pricing

We offer diversified payment options including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, wire transfer, and financing options for qualifying orders. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partner.
The price you see is what you pay — no hidden fees, no dealer add-ons. Shipping is free on all orders. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your state. We cut out the middleman so you get factory-direct pricing without markups.
Yes, financing is available for qualifying customers. Contact our team before placing your order and we'll walk you through the available financing options and requirements. This is particularly useful for fleet purchases or larger machines like the Typhon 2.5T.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for machines in original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return freight costs. Refunds are issued once the machine is received and inspected. Machines showing signs of use, modification, or damage are not eligible for a full refund. Contact us to initiate a return.

Machines & Specs

Gas (petrol) excavators like the TERROR XI with B&S EPA engine are generally more affordable upfront, lighter, and easier to start. They're great for lighter-duty landscaping and residential work. Diesel excavators like the Kubota-powered Typhon and Terror XVIII offer better torque, fuel efficiency under load, longer engine life, and are preferred for heavy-duty commercial jobsites.
A general guide: 1-ton machines (Rippa R10, Terror XI) are ideal for landscaping, garden work, utility trenching, and confined spaces. 1.1–2-ton machines handle foundation work, pool digging, and mid-size commercial jobs. 2.5-ton machines (Typhon 2.5T) are for serious commercial excavation, demolition prep, and heavy digging. If you're unsure, contact us — we'll help match you.
Machines are shipped largely pre-assembled and ready to operate with minimal setup. Some attachments may require installation. Each machine comes with an operator's manual and basic tools. Most customers are up and running within a few hours of delivery.
Yes. All gas-powered models use Briggs & Stratton EPA-certified engines, and our Kubota diesel models use engines that meet applicable emissions standards. This ensures compliance for use across the contiguous United States.
In most US states, no special license is required to operate a mini excavator on private property. For public roadways or commercial jobsites, local regulations may vary. Always check your state and county requirements. We recommend basic operator training for safety, especially for first-time excavator users.

Attachments & Accessories

Most of our machines come bundled with up to 14 attachments — one of the best value propositions in the compact excavator market. The exact attachments vary by model. Check the product listing for the full attachment list included with each machine.
Common included attachments across our lineup include: standard digging bucket, wide bucket, narrow trenching bucket, hydraulic thumb, auger, ripper tooth, grading blade, and more. Having multiple buckets alone saves hundreds in aftermarket costs.
Our machines use standard quick-coupler attachment systems common across the mini excavator industry. Many third-party attachments compatible with 1T–2.5T machines will fit. However, we recommend confirming coupler pin dimensions and hydraulic flow specs before purchasing aftermarket attachments. Contact us for compatibility guidance.
Yes. Additional attachments and accessories are available through our partners. Reach out to our team and we'll source the right attachments for your machine and use case — whether that's a hydraulic breaker, compaction wheel, or specialty bucket.
Most models in our lineup include auxiliary hydraulic lines (AUX) that allow the use of powered attachments like augers, hydraulic breakers, and tilting buckets. Confirm this in the product spec sheet, or contact us and we'll verify for your specific model before purchase.
