Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for machines that are unused, unmodified, and in original condition.

• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase required
• Return request must be approved first

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your machine upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
